My name is Erica. I’m a life and wellness coach, with a background as an RN. I create a safe space with each client to explore themselves and achieve whatever goals they desire. Together, we create action plans, work through barriers, and celebrate achievements! My passion is to connect with others, providing a space where they are truly seen and heard.
