Ozark Regional Transit

Ozark Regional Transit (ORT) is the regional mass transit system in Northwest Arkansas, with 11 total Fixed or On-Demand Transit bus routes serving the larger cities of Benton and Washington counties. ORT also has a smaller fleet of wheelchair accessible mid-sized and minivans maintained specifically for transporting individuals from their home to medical appointments, shopping and a multitude of other transportation needs. Van transportation is available Monday through Friday, subject to availability of a vehicle. We recommend that transportation in a van be scheduled a maximum of a week and a minimum of 24-hours in advance. The cost is currently a zero-fare system with all transit models. ORT works with local hospitals, clinics and other medical care facilities to arrange for patient transportation and we can address your specific needs too.
